The company sells custom made Tshirts looking to generate leads in the form of lead form fills and phone
calls as a part of their MO.

They were new to Google Ads since it was handled by an end client and wanted to learn more about the
platform as well.

Approach:

Firstly, I helped them with setting up Conversion Tracking for Website Phone Calls and troubleshooting
their existing Conversion actions for the Contact Form.

Next, I spoke to them about Improving their Search and Performance Max Assets as would benefit them since they would be targeting people who are looking for looking for similar products and services in that particular region by using Maximize Conversions as a Bidding Strategy.

Lastly, I also assisted them with their optimization score to improve their account health and click through
rate and Auto Apply Recommendations sp that it would allow them to save themselves a lot of time while
being able to focus on more important tasks.

Results:

Once I escalated the case, within a few days the ads account started running again. Comparing the last 30 days to the 30 days prior to that, the number of conversions and clicks went up and the cost per Conversion Dropped.
